Getting Married at Chelsea Old Town Hall, London

There’s something rather lovely about a wedding at Chelsea Old Town Hall. Sitting on the famous King’s Road, it’s one of those London wedding venues that manages to feel both grand and wonderfully relaxed at the same time.

With its beautiful interiors, impressive staircase and those iconic steps outside, it’s a fabulous setting for a wedding. And once you’ve said your I dos, you’re right in the heart of Chelsea, with its pretty streets, lovely little corners and plenty of places to celebrate with a glass of something bubbly.

I’ve always loved photographing London weddings, particularly the smaller, more intimate ones. There’s something so special about two people deciding to get married without feeling they have to put on an enormous production.

My photography is very much about watching rather than directing. The nervous anticipation, the look on someone’s face when they see their partner, the hugs, the laughter and those little moments that nobody else notices.

Of course, we’ll make time for a few family photographs. After all, they’re part of your family history, and one day those pictures may become some of the most treasured from your wedding.

So, whether you’re planning an intimate Chelsea wedding, a second marriage or simply want to say I do in one of London’s loveliest town halls, I’d love to come along with my camera.

Nothing too posed, nothing too complicated. Just you, your favourite people and a wonderful day to remember.
